Quality Issue Returns
Process for Quality-Related issue:
Submit a Quality Issue Claim: If you encounter manufacturing defects with our products, please email us at support@cloudandwindgolf.com with your order number and details of the defect. We will resolve the issue by refund or exchange.
Returns for Non-Quality-Related Reasons
Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the product's arrival.
We would kindly ask for items to be returned in functioning condition. Once the products returned to our warehouse, please allow up to 14 days for charge to be refunded.
delivery & Tax
If a package is not delivered due invalid address, a new package will be sent once the original package is returned to us. Unfortunately we cannot cover packages that were lost or stolen through or after the delivery process.
Cloud & Wind Golf are not able to cover taxes or custom fee that occurred in case of international shipping.
